It is the mission of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS® to be the voice of real estate by providing quality service to its members, improving their ability to conduct business successfully, enforcing the Code of Ethic, enhancing the REALTOR® image by encouraging community involvement, promoting equal housing opportunity and protecting private property rights.
Cape May County Association of REALTORS® operations are guided by a mission and strategic plan. This plan was developed by the Board’s leadership, and it will be reviewed and adjusted to reflect changes in operations as well as new and emerging issues in our industry. This plan outlines the focus of the Board and where resources will be committed.
REALTOR® -- A registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Inquiries regarding the Code of Ethics should be directed to the board in which a REALTOR® holds membership.
