Over the course of the previous year, the real property industry has experienced disruption on many fronts. In addition to heightened interest rates, recessionary economy and lack of inventory, two major issues have woven themselves into practice of the real estate professional and the culture of the National Association of REALTORS®. Those issues are the continued litigation of class action lawsuits and the allegations of harassment/hostile work environment/cultural deterioration connected to the National Association of REALTORS®.
